These conditions concern the use of Clickdvd.nl as a ordering and offering site for DVDs and other (media) products and also the conditions under which Clickdvd.nl delivers deliveries.
Clickdvd.nl gives a sales platform to products that are not easily available in “the store”, but in our opinion it is worthwhile to offer to the consumer.
Do not compare Clickdvd.nl with the major suppliers of printed and pressed entertainment, but use this site to purchase products that are offered (browse through our offer at your leisure) if you enjoy the offer or to buy a product. offer through us (we reserve the right to refuse products without giving reasons).

In the customer service section we give instructions on how to place an order with us and also explain how we handle an order, these instructions form an integral part of our general terms and conditions. We advise you to take good notice of this.

An order will only be processed by us if the following points are met:

the address and contact details have been completed completely and correctly during the procedure.
Payment of the correct (full) amount in one of the indicated ways is received by us.


  1. We deliver products offered by us from stock.
    Starting from point 1 we deliver your order to TNT post the third working day after ordering and receiving the payment, so that you will normally receive your order within 5-7 working days.
    Unforeseen circumstances may lead to us not having certain products in stock, we will notify you if we can NOT deliver within 7 working days after receipt of your order and payment. We also indicate the period of delivery. We reserve the right of delivery if we can deliver within 10 working days. If you wish, you can cancel the order in that case and we will immediately refund your payment.
    In the case mentioned under 3, we will possibly divide orders consisting of several products in a first delivery of those products that are in stock and a subsequent delivery of the non-stocked product.

    If no one is present at the address given at the moment of parcel delivery, we follow the normal procedure of delivery service engaged by us to guarantee the delivery; we therefore refer to the conditions of TNT post or alternative delivery service concerning the operation of this service
    delivery is free of charge: You never have to pay anything to deliverymen at the delivery of our delivery
    From the moment of delivery at TNT post (by us) of your order, it is purchased at the risk of the other party
    Any damage to our shipment must be immediately reported to us in the manner indicated in the Customer Service section. In the case of callpost, report this immediately to the delivery person.
    We reserve the right to have delivery provided by another carrier
    If you wish and you can pay for any additional costs, delivery can be arranged in a different manner to be indicated by you. Use the contact button, please contact us in advance (before you pay) in connection with the costs.


If a product supplied by us, provided it has been put into service in a generally acceptable normal manner, does not work correctly, we will do everything reasonably expected of us to replace the product with a properly working one.
In the case of the situation mentioned under 1, you must first return the delivered goods (at our request) to us, in a manner to be indicated by us.
We exclude all liability insofar as this is not regulated in the law.
Our liability will never exceed the total amount of the relevant order.
Subject to the generally applicable rules of law and good faith, we are not obliged to pay any compensation of damages of any kind whatsoever, direct or indirect, including trading loss, damage to movable or immovable property, or to persons, both at the counterparty as with third parties.
In any case, we are not liable for damage that has arisen or caused by the use of the delivered goods or by their unsuitability for the purpose for which the other party has purchased them.
By only accepting the delivered goods by or on behalf of the other party, we are indemnified against any claims of the other party and / or of third parties for payment of compensation, regardless of whether the damage has arisen as a result of composition and / or manufacturing errors than by any other cause.

Right of widrawal

When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to terminate the contract without giving any reason within 14 days. This cooling-off period commences on the day following receipt of the product by the consumer or a representative appointed in advance by the consumer and made known to the entrepreneur.
During the reflection period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging carefully. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent that is necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. If he makes use of his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.

The above conditions are on the one hand to indicate how we think we should do this and on the other hand to arm ourselves against people who believe that things should go other than in fairness.
